Thank you for your interest in registering! We will be notified as soon as you have registered via the website. We will then register you within a few days or you will be put on the waiting list. When the registration has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email (also keep an eye on your spam box!). From that moment on we are your doctor. Then do not forget to unsubscribe from your old GP so that we can receive your medical file.

Welcome to our general practice!
Waiting list is open!
From March 2025 we are accepting registrations from individuals who live within a 7-minute bike ride from the practice and do not yet have a general practitioner in Rotterdam. To register, you will need a Dutch phone number and a Dutch health insurance. Waiting list is open.
Please note that it may take 1-2 weeks for your registration to be fully processed. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we are working diligently to complete this process as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Additionally, upon completion of your registration, you will receive an email granting you access to your personal portal. This portal will allow you to easily and quickly set up your account and utilize the various features it offers.

The following NZA rates apply to patients without Dutch insurance and patients who are not registered with us:
- Consult: €36.91
- Consultation longer than 20 minutes: €73.82
- Visit: €55.37
- Visit longer than 20 minutes: €92.28
